First Aid Sans Frontieres is a bilingual organisation working in conjunction with the Protection Civile to give accessible First Aid courses to everyone.

You will LEARN emergency life support procedures for adults, children and infants and BECOME competent and confident in a life-threatening situation.

First Aid Sans Frontieres in action

Summer Life Saving Special

Course content: Life saving techniques for adult, child and infant.
Course duration: 3 hours.
Cost: 45€ per person.


Emergency First Aid

Course content:

  • Treatment of choking in adults, children and infants,
  • Treatment of severe bleeding,
  • Treatment of unconscious breathing casualty, learning the Recovery Position,
  • Treatment of unconscious, NOT breathing casualty, CPR and use of defibrillator.
Course duration: approximately 4-4.5 hours.
Cost: 75€ per person. Group or family discount available.


First Aid Refresher Course for Yachts

Course content: as above but can be tailor made with additional modules.
Course duration: 6 hours dependent upon course content.
